I know it's been a while. Sorry 'bout that.
Busy busy busy around here.
Hockey is gearing up to finish. There were 3 games this weekend.
My daughter socred!!!! Yep and she's defense. Took a shot from the blue line and
BAM
it went in!!!! Her team won both of their games. Even though they were only exhibition games.
My other daughter, her team won their game and they are off the the provincials. She got 'pass of the game' for having 3 awesome passes. My husband was so impressed with her that game (well for some things). She plays defense as well and when she got the puck at the blue line, she actually looked up to pass to her team mates. At her age level, you don't see that too often.
I have a video to post to youtube. Hopefully I can get it on tonight. I have to find it first. I have it on facebook, I just haven't had a chance to post it to youtube. It's for Intermediate Level step.
I'm getting so sick of winter. I can't wait until it's over. Today would have been a great day for a run too. It's sunny, no wind and not too cold, BUT I really didn't need to run today since I have two classes to teach tonight.
I'm doing double step tonight. Just because I need practice for my double step workshop/session next Saturday. I changed the combos. I thought they were too hard and my focus shouldn't be on hard choreography with double step, it should be on double step itself. Just showing how to go from one step to the other, back and forth, back and forth.
I have some news, but it's going to have to wait for at least a week and a half or so.
