So, I've been waiting for a while to tell everyone.
I finally have a website.

It's a work in progress. Unfortunately, right now, if you have a mac computer, the videos won't work for you.

I am unsure if I will be posting here anymore. We are trying to post on my website now instead. That is what's on the agenda for tonight.

My goal is to post a new video or choreography notes at least once a week. We'll see how that goes!

Mini Conference

My coordinator has been working really hard to put this together and I wanted to promote it. If you live near me, please please come. It will be a lot of fun.

This is perfect if you cannot go to Toronto this year for the canfitpro conference; you will receive your CECs, it is inexpensive and it doesn’t involve long travel time.

Intermediate Step

Ok, as promised, I posted the video to youtube. I knew I should have taken the ratings off.
What's not to like about this video? It's fun, it's intense.......so I don't do a lot of spinning and stupid floor stuff, it is call 'step' is it not? Anyways....just venting.

At least SOME people enjoyed the video. So I screwed up. EVERYONE screws up.
